Cujo is a friendly ghost that wanders around Poco Path. Usually around dusk and dawn is when you will see him. He has a home speculated to be just on the outskirts of Cabo Poco, but he only ever ventures outside of it after dark. Not much is known about his origin, just that he appeared one night, just two decades ago, and simply became the wandering ghost of Cabo Poco. He is very lonely in nature and can sometimes be seen sulking by himself. He is quick to soak up the attention and affection of others. Paying him any mind may cause him to latch onto you in an instant, making you his new best friend. While residents are kind to him, they know not to give too much to him, or he will follow them around...all night...wagging his tail in excitement for their company. He's awkward and can act childish, possibly because he isn't fully accustomed to being social, but he likes being silly and playful with anyone that lets him.
When Cujo first 'woke up' as a ghost pokemon, he emerged as a 9 year old child with no memory of his previous life before death. It's been 24 years since then, meaning that although he is mentally 24, his body is just a little bit older.
Despite being a ghost, Cujo is oddly susceptible to feeling sick or falling ill.
