T.O.S

1. do not delete, trade to someone offsite, abandon your account with my designs in them, please if you’re going to do any of these give them back to me instead. I could either hold onto them or regain ownership of them, whichever you want. characters will automatically come back to me with full ownership if deleted unless it’s purely a mistake or your account has been taken down.

2. do not deleting any existing artworks of the character by me, hiding existing artworks of the character by me is alright as long as it’s not a deletion.

3. do not find a way to make characters similar to my designs, even if it’s a design that you own. I don’t want rip offs.

4. do not use my art for AI or add AI art to my designs. (instant block + blacklist)

5. do not redesign the character to the point of not being able to recognize them, redesigns are fine as long as you can recognize them by their OG design.

6. do not sell / price my designs for more than it’s worth. the worth of your character reverts back to 0 when traded (this does not apply if the character was bought), only personal art and commissions raises the character’s worth.

7. co owns / closed trades / tradebacks are allowed but only do these with people you trust, I am not responsible for any of the problems that may occur.

if seen breaking any of these rules it’ll result in an IP block (unless mild / fixed)
