By buying or owning my designs, you agree to my Terms of Service:
- You are allowed to edit the design, as well as make changes to my art of them, as long as it still resembles the original in someway! (This does not include lightening the skin. Do not lighten the skin of any of my designs)
- Please contact me if you want commercial use on a character and we can discuss it together, along with pricing.
- Once a design has been traded/gifted, the price is forfeited and it cannot be sold anymore. Price can be added again with commissioned and personal art.
- Price inflation is not okay! DO NOT sell my designs for higher than what you bought them unless they have extra art. (both personal and commissioned art count!)
- DO NOT use my designs or art for hate speech/imagery, N/FT, A/I or illegal content of ANYKIND - zoo or p/edophilia, racism, p/r*ship etc. This is an immediate blacklist.
- Co-Owning is okay, only one toyhouse for the design is allowed.
- When buying a collab design, if you erase credit from either designer, you will be warned.
Upon breaking two of these rules, you will be blacklisted and will not be allowed to own or buy my designs.
Anyone found giving or trading designs to someone who is blacklisted, they will be warned. If it continues, they also be blacklisted.
I encourage you to reach out to me if you find or know anyone breaking any of these rules aswell!
