Androxus's Comments

Androxus wandered the streets of The City, not really looking for anything in particular. Window shopping a bit, perhaps. They gave courteous nods to those they passed by, before finally finding someone of interest.

"Not often I see you out and about." They called out to the space cat floating by some bushes.

The cat in question, Sparks, simply sighed a bit and returned, "Could say the same for you- don't you usually live in the forest, in like, a cave or somethin'?"

Andro gave a lax shrug, "I got bored I guess, wanted to see what the rest of the world has to offer. Can't just stay in a cave for the rest of existence y'know?"

Sparks seemed to wilt a bit at that, "Yeah, I know.." He dropped lower, not quite touching the ground, looking rather forlorn.

Andro frowned at that. They knew Sparks wasn't the most happy-go-lucky individual- chronic depression made sure of that- but he seemed particularly down today.

"Anything.. going on?" Andro asked, not entirely sure how to go about this- they spent most of their time haunting the underground cave networks, and with how few individuals visited, social interaction was not exactly their strong suit.

Sparks seemed to snap out of his thoughts with a small start, then gave a tiny, lukewarm smile to Andro, "Kinda just.. one of those days, y'know?"

Andro nodded, not really understanding but wanting to show support.

Sparks continued, "Guess I figured, well I mean. Folks always say to spend time around others when you're down, cause it helps you feel better. Suppose it's better than floating in space anyway." Sparks gave a small wry grin at that.

Andro gave back a small smile of their own, "Well, y'know- I'm not up to anything in particular. I don't know much about what the whole depression deal, but if you're wanting a distraction, there's an arcade.. somewhere around here, I think." Andro gave a look around on saying that, trying to take a guess where said arcade would be. They really needed to get out of those caves more...

A small 'heh' broke their train of thought, and they looked over to see Sparks with a small, but genuine smile on his face. "I know where it is, and a day spent goofing off on games does sound better than moping. C'mon."

With that, Sparks turned and began to float down the street, Andro following behind, both looking forward to filling the rest of the day with fun.

Hope that was satisfactory o: We haven't done much writing as of late, but this was surprisingly fun to do! c:
