The older twin of Samuel. He is protective of Samuel.
He was once a normal human like his twin but was caught by an evil scientist. They later managed to escaped and hide from people. Veronica found Samuel by accident. Lloyd was cautious of Veronica at first by managed to get used to her after Mila helped him out for a bit. After that day, Veronica treats the twins like her children.
