The youngest of 3 siblings and called the weakest of the three by his parents.
Wears a special blindfold since bright lights really hurt his eyes(had it since birth). Whenever he would be punished by his parents, he would be placed in an all white room with bright lights without the blindfold. His parents would say its to teach him to be a better ruler, sadly this only caused more damage to his eyes.
