Hugo

This is Hugo. He is a male Gardevoir owned by a traveling interior designer. He and his owner are currently temporarily residing in Jollywood; where Pixie and Trixie live. Hugo is a man with very lavish taste, and he lives for the more expensive things in life. However, he is also a rather generous man, willing to help others in need when asked. He one day overhears Pixie's grief about not being as popular as her sister and offers to become her life coach. Some notes about him -The tips of his fins are dyed.
