Seraph Gardevoir

In dire need of a redraw/redesign but this was the original description:

This was originally going to be an adoptable design but yeah no. No way am I selling this unless someone offers a GOOD price.
So here... It is a Seraph Gardevoir. I'm really proud of it. ;v; :heart:
She is a personal servant of Arceus, and can read and utilize the plates to change her type. The pink accents on her body will change depending on the type she is. By default she is pink (Fairy).
This is actually her "Awakened" (Mega) form. I'm still working on her base form ;v; She hides amongst the general populace in this base form.
