Hunter is the daughter of an incredibly wealthy man. Due to him being pretty absent all throughout her childhood and teens, he instead allows his only daughter to do whatever she pleases as a way to show that he still cares for her.
She currently spends her time on a remote island only accessible via a teleportation pad that she fully controls. Inviting the poor and desperate to her island under the guise of a game, Hunter uses the month they're there as a form of entertainment for herself.
They're brought to a large dining hall in Hunter's manor and after being fed, are told by her help that the head of the house will be hunting them for sport for the rest of the month. She promises a handsome reward to anyone that can last the month, though nobody has managed to do so.
"Oh please. I may hunt you for sport, but I'm not a savage."

Hunter puts up an excruciatingly well planned facade in the presence of other people. She’s observed how others thought she should act and has her mask crafted to perfection, the only time she lets it slip is during the thrill of the hunt.
Underneath her facade, Hunter is a conniving and manipulative young woman. She takes immense pleasure from seeing the suffering and agony of those around her, which leads to her “games” on her remote island.
