The leader of the College Festival’s highly elite team, Segin Mars. He's the main villain

• Probably dated one of the cheerleaders at some point 
• Narcissistic Bastard and a dick to anyone he views lower than him, especially Aerith
• Develops the biggest crush on Carrie and becomes jealous over how she “obsesses” over King Gargaroth and his legend. He gains one on her after feeling bad for humiliating her. He was using her as a way to try to get her to sleep with him, and when that didn’t work, he ends up humiliating her
• The one responsible for mocking Gargaroth’s legend because of his extreme jealousy and wanting to prove to Carrie that he’s not real. She’s not interested in him romantically, just as friends, until he betrayed her trust. 
• The snakes in his hair can talk
• His advances towards Carrie become more aggressive once he spots her with the king (in his current form). Sometimes, he initially becomes hostile towards her up to the point it can be bullying and it puts a lot of pressure on her 
• Chet is more interested in girls and partying rather than his courses. Nobody knows how he is acing his classes
• The courses he’s taking are Mythology, Physical Education, Art, and Biology. He despises Mythology the most.
• He slacks off a lot, especially when it’s an opportunity to make a move on Carrie.
• The reason why Carrie hates him is because he humiliated her by making fun of her interest. Even going as far as to say her studying into Gargaroth’s legend shouldn’t matter because it’s a joke; right in front of the other popular teams, which caused them to start laughing. This backfires really quickly because she overheard everything they said and it caused her to cry and run away. (This also is the reason why she summons Gargaroth in the first place.) This causes him to develop his crush on her because he ends up feeling remorse.
• His nickname for Carrie is “Moonflower.”
• He ends up stealing Carrie’s grimoire and ends up summoning a bunch of monsters from it, which causes Gargaroth and Carrie havoc and they have to eliminate them. Chet calls himself “The Monster King” as a joke to mock Gargs
