His name is pronounced sh-neye.
Snay is from the same place as Artaku, which is located both outside the Set of Worlds and also the clicky thing. He is younger than Artaku but is higher ranked than him, and has lots of information he's not allowed to disclose. He is currently spying for both his country and another, inciting a war and planning to pick whichever side wins--the Osara Shoki does not like him.
He specialized in spying, and keeps a physical notebook of notes on important figures from his main area of study: The Set.
His magic is unknown, but it is separate from Set magic and the same as Artaku's. He can use non-specialized Set magic.
His cat reference anatomy is inaccurate, he should be younger.
