A relic from the days when humanity still roamed the earth, Venture was originally made to act as a remote probe for space exploration. The KL probes were mostly made to help explore and fully survey dangerous areas. His full designation is Venture III and he was sent back to earth for repairs after encountering a strange anomaly on an apparent unexplored planet that wasn't as empty as the science team thought. However, after being deactivated for repairs he was never woken up, even after humanity had left the planet for green pastures.
After being discovered in a repair bay by scrappers, Venture now has to attempt to survive the new world he found himself in as a 'scythe'. Or, so everyone keeps calling him that which often leads to him being run out of wherever he goes if they find out his true nature.
Venture is accompanied by 2 beetle drones, Yankee and Valli, who are attached to shoulder ports where they charge. They have the ability to scan areas and fly, thus they could give Venture a good view of most places. They can even send out powerful radio waves ever Venture finds trouble and needs assistance.
