☆ Design TOS ☆
- There is a two-week-long cool down before you can resell any adopt or design of mine.
- Do not sell the design for more than you got it for unless it has art! Please don’t price gouge
- Please ask me about possibly refunding you for the design and taking it back (either with points/PayPal, or trades) before selling it to someone else first!
- Please try to alert me when you sell one of my designs! I like to keep track of them.
- Please make sure to credit me as the creator of all my designs on other platforms, such as Discord, Amino, Instagram, etc. If the design was on a base, make sure to credit the base maker too (if it says to in their TOS)!
- Stealing any of my designs from me or their respective owners will blacklist you from ever commissioning me or buying any of my adopts in the future, so be warned!
- Don't use any of my designs or art for ANY kind of NFT!!

☆ Art TOS ☆
- It's required that you credit me as the artist for any art I do on other platforms, such as Discord, Amino, Instagram, etc.
- Never remove my watermark from a piece of artwork
- Don't use any of my art for ANY kind of NFT!!
- Don't edit my artwork beyond a distinguishable degree. Feel free to use it for ref sheets, or alter the colors a bit, but don't mangle it to where it's unrecognizable. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
- Don't use my artwork for any NSFW/Fetish purposes. This includes posting it in places such as NSFW blogs. This will result in a blacklist and a block.

☆ Offering policy ☆
- You are allowed to offer on any character on this page (excluding Verglas the Veracious, as he's my Sona ^^'). However, I do have a designated sales folder. Characters outside the sales folder are characters I'm very much attached to, even though they'll remain unsorted!! If you offer for one, just beware that I'll be far more tent!!
