Tallu is the only intelligent being allowed in Evergloom's waters. They're extremely close, he gives her company and she gives him a safe dwelling.

Tallu is naturally curious, especially about aquatic life. He spends most of his time befriending and studying the fish in his river, when he was young he wanted to be a marine biologist. Like most beings in the forest, Tallu got lost during a trip when he was about 10 years old. Evergloom found him and gave him a home. Tallu is only 16 now and yearns to be home and to live his life once again.
