A very mysterious figure, she is most well known as being the adoptive mother of Hazelhurst (or SCP 049 as he's known in the Foundation). She came to Khad-Kana a long time ago, with no one knowing where she came from. She is incredibly intelligent, but also a bit cold. She's very direct with her words. She seems to be aiming to destroy something, but won't (can't) elaborate further on what that is. Though, she has hurt people on her goal to destroy it.
