Funky eldritch creature that's a god of unseen stars (stars that cannot be seen by the naked human eye) and eventually gets into a poly relationship with SCP 049, 035, Klavigar Lovataar, and 079. Don't ask how.

HALLEY (also can be written as Halley) documents and catalogs all the stars and cosmic objects in every single universe. They usually go mostly unseen by anyone in those universes, because weird eldritch horror shit.

It has built an observation tower for itself in its own universe, with which it uses to relax and wind down before they go cataloging the cosmos again.

They look (and sound) intimidating, but they really aren't that bad. It just kind of wants to be left alone in its own universe. It will, however, interfere if there is something insanely big going on (a universe is going to be destroyed, timelines are breaking, etcetera etcetera). They also aren't one for violence, they like to avoid any physical predicaments as best as possible, but they could stand their ground if need be.

Backstory:

HALLEY was first created by Chaos (or Khaos? I don't know people spell their name in a lot of ways), and is the sole embodiment of unseen stars, or stars that cannot be viewed with the naked eye. They were created around the 1500s, but since they've jumped around so many timelines and universes, their age is sort of fucked up now. When it was young, and still 'growing' (AKA being created by Chaos), it got kidnapped by a guy by the name of Pierre. Because it was still being created at that time, their powers were messed up, and it didn't know how to properly use them in any way. This caused it to jump all the way to the year 3002 with Pierre, where the SCP Foundation found the both of them. Pierre was taken into custody and questioned (though that didn't really work because he didn't understand their English). HALLEY was taken as well, but instead of being questioned (cause, y'know, they were a literal baby), the Foundation raised it as best as they could. It took Chaos a little while to find HALLEY again after that, but once they did, they saw that the Foundation was actually raising it (semi)well and decided to let them do most of the job, whilst Chaos taught it about things the Foundation didn't even know.
