Royce

Royce is a combination of Mars Santura, and Sinnoh's famous mercenary Valeria, the Weavile, and their DNA was spliced by Negative Flux, the leader of the Negative Rebellion, and now serves as not only his right hand mon, but his most lethal weapon as well. He comes off very obnoxious to others often, especially with his frequent, repetitive swearing, and in a fight he's not afraid to hurt himself to take down his target. His strength as follows is, he has regenerative abilities at the cost of his energy, and he has the combined stats of Weavile and Charizard.
