i see them as a shiny Eevee who got kicked grom there herd(?) because it was different. shiny Pokémon aren't very known even to their own species. thats where it met the big bad guzma who took him in and showed him the ropes of being a grunt. he was reluctant at first but how can you say no to an Eevee. and Drust wanted to me just like guzma in every way from personality to looks, thats why he rubs himself in dash to get that black look, and prima notized so she painted the fake tattoos on his arm and leg so that Drust could look big and bad too,

I'd love to adopt em!

They could fit as a troublemaker in my Pokémon story, maybe acting as a rival to one of the Pokemon's and constantly challenging em to battles and trying to stop them
