Profile

The Tiefling bard

"Don't you hate them, devil's child?"
I start down on the boy cowering on the dusty ground in front of me. Black wild hair, horns on the forehead, and the skin so red you could easily have missed the bloody scratches on his face.
"No."
he raised his head and yellow eyes stared fearlessly at me. I raised an eyebrow in surprise.
"Because they are stupid."
"..."
"One day I will be greater than all of them and then I will laugh at them and they will regret all of it!"
"..."
Silence.
"Maybe they are stupid, but they could beat you up."
The boy grimaced.
"So how are you going to do it, becoming greater than all of them?!"
I answered mockingly.
"..."
You could literally see how it worked in the boy's mind, then he spoke:
"I do not know yet, but I'll find out!"
"You are a fool, child!"
I called out.
"Come on, boy, I teach you how to become greater than everyone, because I too am a fool, though in another way than you! "

In the early evening of a warm late summer day, a young Tiefling began his journey.
To learn what secrets hid behind the next mountains, and what treasures rested beneath the earth, to see distant cities and meet great men and women.
To collect all that and carry it out into the world.
And one day to return and laugh at the fools who had seen nothing but the alley they where born in...

Eventually Lute becomes a great bard. On his journey he is forced to join a party, later named "BATTLEFRONT REGENBOGEN" to save the world... or something like that...
Under the lead of Horst we somehow end up destroying the whole village of dry harbor. After a short trip into a spooky castle we finally end up in some big desert town...
Then we split the party. That was a mistake.
Later we think it is a good idea to summon the ghost of a crazy king to ask him about the spell circle in the palace. Turns out it is just an air conditioner spell. And now we can't get rid of the ghost!
And why do I have a burning stone in my pocket?!

Srsly why sounds this story like we where drunk? Oh wait...
