Hornblower
Relationships
Triplepiston [ Friend ]
Despite Triple's background as a decepticon and sometimes snappy attitude, Hornblower trusts him and sees him as a good friend. He's done more then enough to prove himself loyal, although Hornblower does recognize that he's yet to fully release his ties to the decepticons, more specifically Breaklight.
Landmine [ Strained Friendship ]
While Landmine and Hornblower act friendly towards each other and know each other well, they have had very differing views at several points which has driven a bit of a wedge between them. For the most part they can look past this and still get along.
Rollback [ Unwilling Educator ]
Rollback is very young and in many ways severely uneducated, and Hornblower often finds themself in a position where they have to teach him things he doesnt know. They're aware that he looks up to them, but they don't necessarily want that pressure or responsibility.
Hornblower ultimately has no regrets joining the Autobots, as they know now in the long run they were right to choose this path. Although they do feel like the Autobots are extending an unnecessary war, it has more to do with Megatron than it does with Prime. They're in good regard to most of the other bots in their faction.
Decepticons [ Negative ]
Hornblower doesn't think the decepticons are all bad,but they're far from good. While they honestly aligned more closely with the original cause of the deceptcons, the head of their operations has strayed so far from the original goal that they don't think any actions the decepticosn are taking truly reflect the wants of a lot of their members. They feel bad in some ways, but don't deny the evil they're commit.
Rollback's friend group [ Strained positive ]
Mildly annoying is how Hornblower likes to describe them, but they know that they're all young and out to prove themselves. Hornblower often finds themself being the target of their fun seeking, they'll often play around them or attempt to drag them into their antics which never succeds.

They're trustworthy and extremely reliable, they treat their friends like family and would do anything to protect those they care about. Skills
Fighting
Fighting Style
Hornblower is obviously quite a tank, while they don't have as much manuerverability they make up for it in the way they utilize their body. Hornblower is always thinking on the battlefield and trying to predict where their opponent will be, their swings are heavy and always well timed.
Special Skills
Hornblower is by no means an incredible fighter, in fact they're rather pacifistic, however much like other cybertronians they can transform their arms into weapons. Their left arm can become a large, ranged, almost canon like blaster. While the right becomes something of a large hammer.
Strengths and Weaknesses
- brute force
- defense
- mental fortitude
- size
- manuverability
- small targets
Hornblower's biggest assist and drawback is their size. While not the tallest bot out there, they're still a real tank. They're a large target and while they can take quite a lot of damage and be susstain little actual injuries, theyre an easy target and sometimes cant move out of the way fast enough from oncoming attacks. They will always prioritize the safety of their peers in a fight which has and will continue to get them hurt.
Health
Health Rundown
Hornblower is a quite healthy bot despite their time spent as a demolitionist on Cybertron. They've lost parts and had them replaced, but ultimately they're still in one piece.

History
Hornblower was forged by primus as a nameless lower caste citizen that worked in construction, mainly demolition. They lived and worked in the southern city, scraping by with what they could. While life was hard and at many points unbearable, they pushed forward at the hopes they would eventually find tehemself on equal footing to the middle and higher caste bots. Despite the difficulties life presented, they took comfort in the close relationships they had with others. Especially Hooktrap, who was also a construction worker and one who had been forged at a very similar time. The two were nearly insepperable, always relying on each other to get through the hardships life brought. As Megatron became a politician and a rift started to divide between the two major political parties, Hornblower found themself standing in the middle. They agreed with Megatron's ideals, that the higher caste wouldn't truly create equality in their reforms and that lower caste bots should be put into positions of power. However, the thought of revolution and violence frightened them. Despite years of exposure to it, Hornblower wasn't a fan of combat. The autobots message of peace appealed to them, and eventually when forced to choose they sided with the autobots with the sole hope when the war was over they wouldn't be punished for having sided with the Decepticons. However, lightyears of bloody, destructive battles, and the eventual destruction of cybertron made them realize that it wouldn't have really mattered either way. They had a close friend group with Hooktrap, Hotspur, and Shortblade.
After Cybertron's dustruction, they stole a ship with their friends and followed the main ship of the autobots as best they could. This consequentially left them crashed and tranded on Earth with a plethera of autobots and decepticons. It was here where their life would ultimately take a turn for the worse, as one of their closest friends Hotspur betrayed the autobots. Killing Hooktrap and Shortblade, and severely damaging Hornblower before leaving. Hornblower was left without a voice box for some time, and they've yet to recover from the grief they face from this incident, but they have at least physically recovered.
