a rat boy with large, yellowed chompers. he's bright, and enjoys attention, but isn't good with socializing due to an inherent lack of effort. he doesn't seem to understand most social cues, often leading people to take him for a creep. but really, he just enjoys watching people. he's slow moving and casts a glance around with half-lidded eyes, causing him to appear very, very bored.
