× Adelie grew up with her brother in a small town at the edge of the Ice Kingdom. When she became older, she packed her possessions and set off to explore the continent with her brother. They parted and she continued on her mission. She is currently in the middle of exploring the Mud Kingdom, alongside a very friendly tour guide, a reluctant friend, and her best friend, Flurry.

In detail: 

× Adelie grew up in a small cottage on the Ice Kingdom’s border. From the window of their cottage, she and her brother could see the Sky Kingdom. Adelie spent much of her dragonethood wishing she could visit the land beyond her kingdom. When she was old enough, she and her brother set off to explore the entire continent. They began with the Kingdom of Sand, and returned home periodically to check in on their father. After they had thoroughly explored the Kingdom of Sand and the Sky Kingdom, Adelie’s brother decided to stay at home. As she headed out again, alone, she came upon another IceWing named Flurry. The two decided to adventure together. Currently, they are working through the Mud Kingdom with Lahar and Sedge while they figure out how to explore the Kingdom of the Sea.

In detail: 

× Adelie is an open and warm adventurer. She always plans out her expeditions thoughtfully, and keeps her pouches and bags well organized. The hardest part about exploring is leaving the place for her, because she is very sentimental about the friends and temporary home she’d made there. However orderly she seems, Adelie is hiding a wild side, that peeks through whenever she’s excited.

■ Speech:

× Adelie is generally a somewhat loud, talkative person. However, if the occasion calls for it, she can quiet down instantly.

■ Afflictions: 

■ | Affliction 1: Fear of the Dark

After living in the brightly lit Ice Kingdom for so long, Adelie gets nervous if her surroundings are too dark to see. To combat this, she carries a moon globe in one of her pouches.

■ | Affliction 2: Sprained Wing

After a run-in with a tree, Adelie has had trouble with her right wing. It hurts when she flies and aches when it’s not moving. For now, Adelie is sticking primarily to walking.

Adelie smells like lavender, for some reason.

■ Physical Description

× Adelie is a thin but strong IceWing. She has sharp, serrated claws but dull spikes. Her right wing is usually carried lower than the left due to the sprain. She has a long tail and long eyelashes.

■ Abilities:

× Frostbreath, sharp claws, her pouches’ inventory

× When she fights, she mainly uses her claws or the stuff in her bags.

■ | Ability 1: Frostbreath

The default IceWing ability. Adelie can freeze another dragon with this.

■ | Ability 2: Serrated claws

Another default IceWing ability, her claws are sharper than a normal dragon’s. This just means she can be a little more deadly.

■ | Ability 3: Inventory

Adelie keeps enough tools and weapons in her pouches to defend herself if necessary. Among these are a set of sharp blades (courtesy of Deathbringer’s line of assassin products), an icicle sharpened to a deadly point and kept frozen by its snow insulation, and a very heavy book.

■ Extra and Misc. Facts:
