By receiving my designs you agree that you will adhere to the following:
- You may not use any of my designs or art for AI or NFT related projects
- If you would like to use a design of mine commercially, please speak with me first
- Please do not claim that you designed the character yourself
- If redesigning, please keep the original ideas clear
- Please do not resell for higher than you purchased unless there is additional art commissioned
- If a design is a part of a Closed Species, that TOS should be followed before my own
