akero is the child of fleur de lis and fancy pants—at least, that's what they've been told. in reality, her biological father is big macintosh, who had a short fling with fleur before either started dating anyone. akero is the oldest of the next gen kids, being born sometime around season seven. he struggles a lot with the meaning of "family," and although he loves his three parents equally, he feels isolated from the larger apple family. they grew up as a model after fleur's insistence, but quit in their teens to pursue their true passion of gem carving.
