Hibisu Kosu's Ownership

By purchasing an adopt from me you will agree to the following conditions:

Credit me with one of the following Beru-M da or BeruM toyhouse You may repost my artwork with proper credit.

Under no circumstances should my art or signature be touched or edited. Recolor/editing my adopt's design is allowed, just not my art. Draw a new reference on your own or commission someone else to do it.

Gifting/Trading is allowed. Reselling is allowed as long as it is less than what you bought from me. Exception: if there is additional art for the adopt (obtained by commission, not gifted or art traded), it may be priced higher. In the situation that my adopt is resold, traded, or gifted, please inform me of the new owner.

Payment can be made through dAPoints or PayPal (usd). There are no refunds once payment has been made. Payment must be made within 48 hours. If needed, you may hold an adopt for up to 3 days. Do not claim or hold if you are unable to or unsure if you are able to pay.
