Rider is a daredevil with no interest in rules or laws. Because of her wild behavior, even the Haven Council are wary of her presence and keep an eye on her when she's in town to make sure she doesn't cause trouble. She's vastly unpredictable, but also has a calmer and sweet side when she's relaxing with her girlfriend instead of inventing new problems.
