Electricity is charged through the user's body, the harder the impact the higher voltage their strikes are-Identifiable for the claps of thunder that accompany discharges of electricity. (Hardly detectable buzzing noise for static, climbing up to deafening depending on blow)

A lowkey villain met with morally dubious acts of "vigilanteism", known for being unpredictable, and, to her foes-annoying as hell. She's all banter between swings, and seems to lack proper motives in most of her actions despite a clear passion for something in her every move. Deeply loyal to her mistress, and associates. Has a soft spot for kids, and is known for mid-battle pep talks to those she deems worthy, or that catch her attention. Whatever morals she seems to have on occasion are turned gray with her method of retribution; bloody, bloody violence. She is not above murder, and regularly maims and paralyzes people she finds particularly disgusting or annoying. Considered dangerous and unpredictable. When met outside of being a target, she is oddly approachable for both villains, heroes, and civilians alike-However, the second a fight is instigated she will not back down.
