Conrad Vepar

A charming designer and tailor of interplanetary fashions, Conrad is utterly fascinated by what other people wear. Born and raised on Nulla he's a bit of an odd duck for his thirst for adventure. In his youth he traveled through space visiting as many worlds as his budget would allow. When out and about during the Earth war he used to hide his true species with liberal makeup application and lots of fabric. Now with the war over he's free to go as he pleases and go he sure does.
