Rashme is first and foremost an extrovert. Always the center of attention, she will shrivel if at least one pair of eyes isn't on her in any moment. She has big dreams and a personality to match, and she is in general a lot of fun to be around- too much fun, in fact: Rashme is hedonistic by definition as someone who grew up in Urgathoa's clergy, but even for those standards, she is unhinged, and she won't let anybody tell her what she can or can't do.

Despite her outwardly appearance being benign if offputting, it hides a much smarter and dangerous facet who will not hesitate to backstab and use people as a ladder to success: she is a born strategist and a great infiltrator, always looking for an opportunity to move closer to her goals.

Story

My mother she told me, don't get in trouble

Since when she was a newborn, all that Rashme has ever known is the guidance of Urgathoa. Left at the Cathedral of Epiphenomena in Mechitar by a couple of alledged followers, Rashme was raised by the clergy with a gaggle of other orphans.

Indipendent, charming and unbothered by the unsavoriness of the church's actions, Rashme quickly showed potential superior to being a mere priestess. One of the head ghula kept an eye on her, and one day she was rewarded.

One day, after practice, a sarcovalt visited the young vishkanya bearing the blessing of Urgathoa itself. From that event the ghula was certain of Rashme's potential and decided to adopt her officially as her daughter.

The sudden shift of status saw a little, living servant girl in Geb spoiled beyond what she could imagine- Of course it got into her head. While before she was friendly and soft spoken, her status of chosen of Urgathoa made her opportunistic and conniving, ready to take any opportunity offered. And a particular one did come.

As she grew, she took on to acrobatics and quickly made herself a place as a performer for the Celebrants together with a few other children of the Cathedral. One of them in particular was in childhood a good friend of Rashme and an equally skilled acrobat- And one day, they found each other to be in competition for the leading spot in a troupe heading out of Mechitar.

To this day Rashme justifies her actions as her holy duty as Chosen to spread the word of Urgathoa, a sign of devotion to the cause- but the matter of the fact is that she poisoned her rival to take their place, and she currently still has no idea if they are alive or dead.

So she left Mechitar, and travelled for some months before she managed to arrange a Celebrant outpost in Graydirge- and soon after, the resident blood lord called her and a group of fellows to her estate...

Design

Her sarcovalt familiar is most often in its normal form, but will also appear as a snake, a fox or a shark with the head of a skinless vulture and fly wings depending on Rashme's necessity.

Her skin is composed by soft scales, and the patterns on her skin are natural markings, not makeup.

Her eyes lack any kind of pupil or iris and are a solid amber color

Her hair is usually loose, but will sometimes be styled in an updo- typically when performing.

Her magic is often unseen, but when it does show it appears as congealed, rotten blood or pus.

Tends to prefer clothes in cream, ivory, crimson and brown fabrics, preferably silk. She always wears somewhat plain blouses and pants and will often layer a long drape on top. She prefers ornate embroidery, but only in gold, and wears a lot of jewelry.

Trivia

She likes to think her parents' abandonment doesn't affect her, but in reality she longs to know where she is from and who her parents are. This brought her to study vishkanyan history and lore quite fervently.

Despite how smart she is, Rashme knows nothing about money and is prone to overspending- She hates having to manage it anyways.

Caffeine has the exact opposite effect on her, it makes her sleepy and gives her an headache.

Her scythe is a prop, she doesn't know how to use it and has injured herself many a times trying it.
