Basic Info

  • Name:Forest
  • Age:Adult
  • Gender:Female
  • Species: Wolf
  • Height: 31.7 Inches
  • Weight:114 Pounds

Personality

Independent: One has to be smart and independent to survive. Forest knows what it’s like to live completely alone and is capable of caring for herself. She’s a knowledgeable being, and is always open to learning any new information she can gather. She’s the kind of wolf who can easily find solutions to problems. While not too fond of learning about religions, she is deeply interested in learning about herbs, hunting strategies, and war history.

Competitive: Forest is strong willed and determined to prove herself to the world. She turns everything into a playful competition, ranging from who can catch the fattest rabbit or a simple race. Her win and lose streak are evenly matched, but she is neither arrogant or a sore loser all the same. When she loses to anyone she’ll congratulate them and use the loss as a source of determination to be better next time. As long as she sees even the slightest bit of improvement she’s happy.

Tomboy: Forest was the only daughter in a litter of four. Growing up she was used to wrestling with her brothers, and often got a bit too rough with them. At one point she accidentally ripped her oldest brother’s ear in half. She calmed down after being scolded by her parents, but remains a down to earth girl who cares little for her hygiene. Her fur is never maintained and usually coated in vegetation, making her smell like moss and swamp water.

Taciturn: Despite being the youngest of her siblings, Forest matured the fastest and kept a watchful eye on her brothers. She’s very social with those she’s comfortable with, but shy around new faces and will speak only when asked questions. She was taught to be observant and cautious of strangers, and her distrust only grew each time her travel partners were wounded by pack wolves.

Unsentimental: Forest didn’t belong to a pack, but instead a group of bandits that traveled and stole what they needed to survive. Because she was always on the move she hardly ever received gifts from family and friends, and the little she did receive she was forced to leave behind when hunting for new territory. This has made her unattached to objects and rarely holding sentimental value to anything.

Family

History

Forest was born to a small group of nomadic bandits. They never stayed in one place for long and would often steal kills from nearby packs. She was forced to learn and mature quickly, becoming a strong and capable wolf. When she became of age, she left her family to make a new life for herself. It wasn’t long until she came across an unconscious male who appeared not much older than herself. His wounds were severe, and she almost left him behind believing there was nothing that could be done for him. However, guilt took over and she decided to treat his wounds despite being taught to leave the wounded behind. The male, Arrow, ended up making a full recovery and began traveling with her. He never uttered a word about his past and was a complete mystery, but Forest found herself becoming fascinated by him. The two courted and Forest became pregnant. While looking for a safe place to raise their unborn children, they came across two aggressive wolves who instantly recognized Arrow. A fight broke out, and after just barely escaping the snapping fangs of the unknown wolves, Arrow was forced to confess about his past. Forest learned her mate was wanted by his birth pack due to being a suspected murderer of the Alpha’s daughter. He swore he wasn’t responsible for her death and had been framed. Forest was hurt he had kept everything a secret from her, but she believed in her mate’s words. After that, the two were always on the run with the pack hot on their tails. They ran until Forest became too pregnant to go any further and gave birth to one son, named Timber. The moment Arrow laid eyes on his son, he knew he couldn’t keep putting his family in danger. He loved his family and made the hardest decision he ever had to make, deciding to leave his mate and son behind to turn himself in. He was the one the pack wanted. Not them. However, they were found and ambushed the very night he planned on leaving. Forest fought alongside Arrow doing everything she could to protect her son, but there were too many wolves, and Forest was suddenly hit on the head and knocked unconscious. The last thing she saw was Arrow grabbing Timber and making a run for it. When she woke up she immediately took off through the woods calling out for her family, only to have no calls return to her.
