Ownership and Rights: The buyer receives full rights to the Characters for personal use, which includes but is not limited to, personal display, modification, and the creation of derivative works. 2. Modification: I ask only that the character does not get fully changed which would remove the main elements of their design. Things like hairstyle, clothing, accessories and small changes to coat pattern are fine! 3. The Recipient may not: Claim the original design as their own creation. Use the Characters for commercial purposes, such as incorporation into commercial projects, without express written permission from Sunny. 4. Disconnection from Character: If the Recipient no longer feels connected to the Character, please contact me. This allows the opportunity to negotiate the return of the Character, ensuring that the Character remains within a circle of individuals who value and appreciate the design. I will be able to offer either art or a trade! 5. Transfer of Character: If the Recipient wishes to sell, trade, or otherwise transfer the Character to a third party, they must notify me of the intended transfer. 6. Resale Value: The Recipient agrees not to sell, trade, or otherwise transfer the Character for a price greater than the original purchase amount, unless additional art or value has been added to the Character.
