The Ownership TOS

global rules for owning/purchasing the designs I've made

if unsure/rules have ben broken don't be shy to pm (private message) me

hiding, privating, deleting, etc.:

you may NOT delete, reupload, private or any other ways that stop me from viewing the design (i like to look at the designs, or keep track of them, so please, don't do these since it prevent me from being able to do these or it removes the ownership logs )

DO NOT remove my design/art credit or delete the drawings/credit from the characters (ill prefer if u can keep my art accessible to me)

IF U WISH TI DELETE A CHARACTER DESIGN OR CLOSE UR ACC PLS SEND THEM BACK TO ME SO I CAN PRIVATE / HOLD ( DEPENDING ON THE CASE ).

if u sell the character off site please keep the profile up till the user gets or has a toyhouse account for log purposes!

selling, offers, trading etc. :

(for those bought with currencies) DO NOT put the pricing higher then BV (bought value), trying to keep my designs fair pricing, keep the values between different currencies fair 

so 100pts= 1USD as a example.

(for those exchanged with art/oc ) I don't really have boundaries for these, just don't overdo it. You just may not sell them for currencies unless it follows the “elevating value of the design” point.

You may ELEVATE THE PRICING of the character ONLY IF you've added extra art, bought or non bought. (vents, gifts, trades, contest submissions etc. don't count, commissions and personnal art you've added are the only causes where u can elevate the value of the design-character itself.

1. there's a cooldown of 2-3 days (preferred for 1-2 weeks) before you can sell/trade them out, would be nice to have my designs in a loved home instead of constantly looking for one. 
   • (this rule is applied if ur planning to SELL the character. Gifting them to a friend, or giving out the character for FREE is where the cool down can be ignored)
2. Raffling out a design i made makes me uncomfortable. 

Blacklist rules:

you may NOT trade, keep chars for those whom are blacklisted (if u do either we discuss it or u'll get a risk to also end up on that list :/ ), if the trading/ownership was done before they we're added to the blacklist (unless specific causes) its a safe trade (so dw if its the case. i can't and won't revoke characters ) It will be specified if its "all good" specifically under that design's owner ship, when possible)

• if there’s an issue with a found design of mine, please pm me about it. so it can be solved privately, thank you. (i won’t get involved with retrieving one of my designs or co-ownerships and such though. only for things that involve or affect me please !)

What can you do with the designs/characters? :

1. you may use them for vents, gore, roleplays and anything as such, its all good (I just have boundaries with making using my designs for NSFW, so please pm if you're planning to do so- since i do checkup on them)
   1. you may use the designs for commercial use and all that, just don't involve my art in that since that would break my art TOS. (make sure to make the credit VISIBLE AND CLEAR somewhere if u do please)
   2. you may make AU's/different versions. you just MUST keep them in the tabs for the character attached (you can do split tabs if u wanna separate them, but that will keep them attached together). adding me as a "designer" would be appreciated as well but not mandatory. (keep it in 1 profile)
   3. redesigning doesn't break any of my boundaries, so go ahead. Just don't remove my credits once again, you may change them as much as u'll like, just again (x2) keep the credit (and art) for the oc.
