Echo

"Fear the unknown, curious ones.. For the Tall man in the woods consumes your deepest fears and leaves you obsolete.. But may you answer his riddle correctly, and he shall grant you a "gift".. Isn't that right, Echo..?"

Deep within the dense woods of Echoyus, hiding between the dying trees and the smell of rotting nature.. There was a girl, a girl with no family or no friends by her side who wandered these woods every night. Her name was Echo, for only whispers and incoherent rambling could be heard within the night.. She is content in her solitude and rare are the ones to actually meet her in person, and yet it is impossible to miss her due to her red, stripped shirt standing out like a thumb in the gloomy colors that paint the woods.

Nonetheless, Echo is as gentle as the wind but as skittish as a freezing bird in winter.. But a folklore-rambler she is, she knows the woods like the back of her hand and if you lean in an attentive ear, you could hear all about the creatures inhabiting these woods from her own whispering voice.
