Compound

Created in a lab, Compound was intended to be a Guardian for Johto, soon after the original one passed away. The humans that created him, however, were unsure he would be strong enough, so they modified his body, giving him metallic bones and a hand device known as the Materia Constructor, a device capable of breaking down metal to store and form into metal objects, such as pipes or metal makeshift hammers. This also however did not please Compound, as they gave him no choice but to allow it to happen. After five days, his condition slowly decayed to the point he snapped and lashed out at them, killing almost all the scientists, and blowing the lab to pieces. He fled into the woods, finding a cave hidden away from civilization, and stayed there for a thousand years. Despite the centuries of being away however, he was recognized as a deadly weapon that destroyed the lab, and instantly feared by society. Meeting the new Guardian, he was outraged by his cocky attitude, and lashed out once more, killing him. He caused aid to be requested from Hoenn's own Fahren Khatri, who easily fell to the Typhlosion, but so did he, they were evenly matched it seemed, but she was able to retreat to safety. Finally, Mewtwo took the duty as a Guardian, and was easily able to dispatch Compound. However, he did not do any more but spare Compound, take him into Goldenrod and reformed him into a sidekick for Mewtwo. Finally, he was converted back to good, and now finds joy in aiding Mewtwo in the fight for the Pokemon World.
