No mass-produced merchandise: Obtain a license or permission before using the design for profit
No unauthorized commercial use: Seek permission before using the design for logos, branding, or advertisements.

• CAN DO
- Change Some aspects of the design
- Add or take away a few colors
- Change the gender of my designs
- Change the species if it does not drastically change the design
• DONTS
- Fully Change the color pallet
- Add traits if it's from a species ( I will let you know )
- Obtain permission before creating a new species based on the design. Aka taking my work and turning it into a closed species.

- KEEP UP TO DATE WITH MY BLACKLIST,
trade a design to someone on my blacklist and you'll end up on that list.
- Own the design for at least a month or add a colored artwork before trading again
- No tracing/copying/reposting my art: Respect the artist's original work and do not engage in any form of art theft.
- You may take inspiration as long as you don't end up making a knockoffs
- Authorize me or let me know when hiding my designs
- No reselling for profit: Do not sell the design for a higher price than what you originally paid without adding additional artwork or value to the design. Fair pricing is encouraged.
- You must add artwork before trading away a freebie... Unless you're just giving them away again
- No claiming as your own creation: Do not misrepresent or claim the design as your own creation.

- I understand some people can't find the time to draw all their ocs, but at least put them in a folder and give them a name ^^
- I like to know when my designs go back ufo, so consider pinging me, I might want to offer back
- Would mean a lot to me if you added at least two drawings before re-homing a design

I will keep personal matters to myself unless they affect other people.

I suggest you be careful around them
FlamingTea - Gave me a bad taste with one of my first commissions,
I asked them at the start of each month for an update. Getting no response from them EACH TIME.
They ended up blocking me on DA, even tho I PAID THEM MONEY.
In the end, I did get what I paid for but I had to hunt them down to do so and it ended up rushed and sloppy...
The most proof was deleted by them on DA, and everything else was on my deleted discord account sadly.
sentientfoxxo - Is a minor who took my artwork and made it sexual, sadly idk who they go by now
BigBoyLoink - Stole a design and tried selling it to someone else
