Nadebom
Nadebom is a strange magical creature that feeds on sadness and other negative feeling by attaching itself like a parasite onto their victim, making the other person unable to feel those feelings and fall into a delirious phase. This creature puts its giant pincers around the victim's neck, as a way to threaten anyone trying to detach them.
To feed on negative feelings, Nadebom "stabs" their tongue near their victim's heart. However, this does not cause any major bleeding, as Nadebom's tongue is extremely thin, and they seem to "sense" where their victim's vital organs are. They usually stay on a person for less than a week and, once they have eaten enough, runs away as soon as no one else is around.
They also feed on magic, so witches beware ! This creature often targets them and after feeding on them, the magic users are left unable to use their powers until their body heals.
They can often be seen in high places, staring in the distance. A lot of people say that Nadebom brings disasters with them wherever they go, as houses and even villages were destroyed not too long after Nadebom came.

Nadebom is an often hated creature, but they're just doing what they need to survive. If they could, they would eat something else ! They would love to just live in a human house, on a comfortable bed in front of a fireplace. But they know their reputation, and just runs away whenever they see an angry human coming towards them. They get scared pretty easily, thanksfully, they run really fast. And if needed, they can just fly away.
Likes
Nadebom loves dark places. They absolutely love to read and often steals books from humans and keeps them as a collection. They hate being in plain sight, and often they will wear long clothes that will hide them. Their favorite color is purple, and they may keep random objects of this color if they are pretty enough.
