[NPC] Ramiro Smilodan

Arrogant . Boisterous . Merciless

Ramiro can come across as carefree and arrogant which he is mostly but inside of him slumbers a literal monster. He thinks everyone is below him and most of the time isn't even worthy of his presence at all. His distaste goes as far as that no peasant is allowed to look his way or else they'll get a firm kick to their face. He sees other people as disposable and children are no exception. He has no empathy for others, only his feelings and needs matter in that regard. He loves all kinds of gold, jewelry and every luxury one could think of. He even had another home outside of the capital where he would go to frequently for vacations even though his job was supposedly a full time job.
Despite that he harbored the feeling of gratefulness for Red Hound Jerome. He essentially had lost everything that gave him stability in the past and the Red Hound gave him work that allowed him to be free and get back the life he had before, or atleast the most important parts for him from it.

Oath of Mystic

This Oath from the category Mystic grants Ramiro the ability to turn himself into a golden-furred Sabertooth Tiger from a time long gone. This transformation holds the general statue from the user; that means that Ramiro never fully resembles an animal. One could say he looks more like a werewolf but with the features of a big cat.
Ramiro gets big, clawed paws and fur while also growing in size. He also seems a lot more muscular as his shoulders are almost double the broadness now. His face resembles the Sabertooth Tiger now with a snout, ears and feline eyes but most importantly the massively enlarged canines that have grown several inches out of his mouth.

The Fall of a Tyrann

Ramiro was born into a very wealthy family which granted him the privilege to live in luxury. His parents would shower him with expensive gifts and tell him how much better they were than others. He learned from an early age that the rich always stood above the poor. When he was a teenager his father started gambling. His family lost a lot of money and they had to give up their luxurious lifestyle because of that. After that his mother cheated and divorced her husband, ultimately taking her son with her in hers and her boyfriends new house. From that point on Ramiro became more and more of a second thought to his mother, especially showing affection to her changing boyfriends and devoting almost all of her time to them. Ramiro had built resentment towards his parents at this point but his young self still competed for their attention. He wasn't a bad student in school but the more time passed in those new circumstances the more he began to turn into a problem child. The final straw was when his father commited suicide. He was struck with grief but his mother didn't give him space to process that, instead choosing to say that his father was just useless and weak. With time Ramiro started to adapt to this thinking while also being expelled from school after threatening his teachers and students with a knife (several times).
Ramiro became aquainted with some Goons from the famous Red Hound Gang and was later granted a spot among them where he began to work himself up. His charisma helping him to climb a few ranks till he was finally granted a tiny part of the Red Hounds territory to reign over and most importantly to collect money from. With his tyranny a once wealthy neighborhood became one of the poorest parts of the capital. Ramiro loved working under the Red Hound Jerome, especially since he felt like the King of the Underworld granted him his luxurious lifestyle back.
Ramiro would take in a stray young woman seemingly asking for work without knowing that he would meet his demise because of her. Witnessing the horrors of his reign for 1 year and a half she would ultimately challenge him to a duel to free the town. After a brutal fight with both parties severely injured he was killed by Felicia Guzhao who would later be known as Silver Strike, the protector of said territory.
