(Human)Topaz is an Australian of average height. They are often seen wearing an oversized navy hoodie with torn light blue jeans. He has 4 topaz earrings in each ear and a white moon necklace that they are always wearing. He has a forked tongue and freckles scattering his face. Topaz has shoulder length curly blue coloured hair, which is always covering the right side of his face. They have light blue-gray eyes and 2 scars going across their neck. Their inmate number, 06 is tattooed on their right shoulder.
(Cat)Topaz is an unspecified cat breed of average height. He has 4 topaz earrings in each ear and a white moon necklace that they are always wearing. He has a forked tongue and 2 scars stretching across the front of their neck. Topaz has a navy blue/grey and primrose/lavender pelt with light freckles. The right side of their face is always covered with their primrose/lavender fur and his eyes are light blue-gray. Their inmate number, 06 is tattooed on their right shoulder.
He is a resident of building 4 in Nanba prison, arrested for violent behaviours. Topaz is quick to become exhausted, often falling asleep anytime and anywhere. Due to this, building 4 residents are often concerned for the inmates health and sleep schedule.
The Day I Turned Seventeen
ARTTopaz is a talented artist, having it as their main hobby. they often request for new art supplies due to how often they draw. Building 4 Supervisor, Kenshirou gifted Topaz a device that is specifically for art.
MUSICTopaz finds enjoyment in singing, rather official songs or their own creations. He tends to hum or sing while drawing or when relaxing with Musashi. When younger, they played piano and were quite talented at it.
When first met, Topaz was extremely reserved and did not speak at all for quite some time, although their thoughts were elsewhere. Currently Topaz is very energetic, outgoing and sassy. He is constantly moving or doing something, although he does not run, as he has little to no stamina at all. They love teasing others, especially those he is close with. Topaz never mentions anything of their past, always going silent when someone asks or mentions something relating to it. They exhaust themself quickly, their mind constantly running and feeling the need to constantly move. Topaz holds a strong passion for art, books and music. He could go on for hours on end about the things he likes. He struggles recognising emotions, both from himself and others. Despite struggling with emotions, they are always there to listen to someone if they need to talk. Topaz may be energetic and outgoing, but they struggle greatly with interacting with others, always becoming shy when first meeting someone new and struggles to speak to them, but once he gets to know them, Topaz is always there!
When Musashi resided in the underground cell, Topaz often spent his free time requesting to go down there to read books with Musashi and learn things that he learnt in college. Whenever they talk to Jyugo, they mention(brag) at least once about how he is taller than the shackled inmate, even though it’s only by a few cm. Their hair is always covering the right side of their face and oddly, many of their fellow inmates are curious as to why he never shows the right side of his face. Once a week Musashi, Topaz, Kenshirou, Hitoshi and the guard dogs all have lunch together to catch up on each other’s lives

Oh, Seventeen…
Musashi became Topaz’s first friend at Nanba prison, both being rather unsociable and bookworms they slowly begun to get along. You rarely see one without the other, they love sharing their thoughts on books that they’ve recently read and telling each other random little stories. Topaz enjoys reading books out loud to Musashi or singing to him, while Musashi enjoys teaching Topaz some languages he knows or sharing what he learnt when in college.
Topaz first met Jyugo during the New Years Tournament, leading them off on the wrong foot due to the events, but as Musashi and Jyugo’s relationship got restored, Topaz and Jyugo began to get along. Topaz finds enjoyment in teasing Jyugo for small reasons, such as being slightly taller than him. Musashi, Topaz and Jyugo hang out whenever the inmates are allowed to go to the game room, sharing news from the different buildings.
Topaz had little trust in Kenshirou when they first met, although as time passed they begun to understand and trust Kenshirou more. He is glad to have a supervisor who has a strong sense of justice. Topaz knows of Musashi and Kenshirou’s secret relationship and teases the two when alone.Topaz and Kenshirou often seen bantering with each other, sometimes taken too far but they always get over it. Topaz usually initiates it, but there are times where Kenshirou will as well.
