Nicu

Neurotic and feisty, Nicu is a shut-in who's chronically addicted to wasting his youth, described as a "fiend" for being a financial burden to his family. Nicu is suicidal and wishes to kill himself, but his elaborate attempts show that he doesn't actually want to die. As such, rather ironically, he would chicken out on putting his plans into action in fear of dying.

• His name is derived from two things; the words "hatred" (憎しみ) and "meat" (肉).
• His birthday, February 9th, is known as Meat Day. His mother has made this his name because she couldn't be bothered to come up with an actual name.
• He's rather infamous online, where he's known as the alias "Kononon" (こののん).
