Backstory
Akuma was raised in Japan, His dream was always to be a hero. His Dad left when he was 5 so it was just him & his mom now. When he was 13 There was an Attack on The Small building complex they were living at, a Low tier Villain demanded all the resident's money & valuables, and as the people put up a protest the villain attacked Akuma’s Mother, Akuma then couldn’t stand by any longer & attacked the villain, as he did hero’s were alerted by one of the residents calling them.
As Akuma fought in a brutal battle the villain grabbed him by the horns & tore one in half, Akuma then going feral, began to blast & fire away at the villain, pushing himself to the limit, even bashed & injured he still fought, As the villain took the attacks, was injured, but still able to fight.
He kept trying to kill Akuma. Akuma in rage kept attacking them. The hero’s then got there at the last second & calmed him down. They took the villain to the hospital after taking them down.
As the heroes started questioning Akuma, wanting to give him punishment for taking on a villain all by himself, for being so reckless when he knew heroes were on their way.
His mom stepped in & Took the blame, telling the hero’s how she told Akuma to fight & he just did as his mother told him. The Hero then took her & Akuma to the police station where she was given 56 hours of community service.
Akuma forever feels guilty & Vows to always be the hero that will be there on time, to save everyone. He then grows up & goes to UA.

Flaming Dragon
Quirk Abilities: He Can Shoot Fire Out of The Soles of his feet, Hands & Mouth, He is semi-fireproof but can’t tolerate heat over 200 degrees very well. Due to the fact, he needs heat to survive. [Further info in drawbacks] He can shoot it about 8 meters now! The most bis fire can do is inflict 1-2 degrees, Burns. He Can also Fly ofc, He can fly up to speeds of 40 - 50 miles per hour. His wings are also decently durable & strong so he uses them as shields if need be, but it can only take Small to Medium attacks. Even A decent amount of those & his wings will be injured.
Also, he has medium-sized spikes on the corner of his wings which are very sharp, so can inflict small to not that big medium cuts. But not too big of a deal. He also has patches of scales all over, those protect him a decent amount but they are like his wings.
Also, his sharp teeth are extremely sharp, it’s like if a really strong pitbull bit down on you for comparison. Also, he has Black claws, there sharp so they can do small scratches.
Quirk Drawbacks
His body is like a furnace, He needs to eat coal constantly. For Example, if he is barely using his quirk at all, he Must eat coal every 2-5 hours or so. If using his quirk mildly it’s about every 20 minutes to an hour. If Going full out in battle it’s every 2 - 10 minutes. If he uses up all his body’s fire his body heat will go down rapidly, inside his body is always a constant heat of 150-200 degrees Fahrenheit, if dropped below 100 his body starts getting extremely stiff & starts feeling as if he were in an extremely cold area. If he hits below or at room temperature he starts suffering from hypothermia. If below 32 degrees he will suffer major internal damage. This is also why he is semi-fireproof.

Costume Appearance: A Black Tight outfit with a bit of a collar, it has dark red stripes & his Little civil icon to go with his name Diablo. He also has slits in the back of the shirt for his wings. He has a belt with A little bag, Sortta looks like a Fanny pack. It is filled with coal. The pants have his hero's name written on them in sort of dark red, their base color dark red. He also has a Body Temperature monitor on his wrist.
Item 1: Body temperature monitor, not much more to it, it has a yellow to a red color scheme, if it hits red it’s bad. It’s pretty self-explanatory!
