Soriana is a god known as the "Dream Weaver" Her job is to create and maintain the realm of dreams and link each sentient being to it to allow them to dream when they sleep. Because of this, she does not have much raw power to use freely on her own as most of it is spent maintaining the dream realm.
She can access and walk through the dreams of anyone she pleases and she is known to be very pleasant if not, shy to talk to but mostly leaves dreamers alone so as not to ruin their dreams.
