Crimsywhimsy

A wild bat of Perpetua, the ever-changing jungle kingdom.  At nightfall, the foliage of Perpetua turns to sand, which swirls around in the night winds, so that when day breaks and the trees return, the lay of the land is unrecognizable.  The diurnal creatures of Perpetua take shelter from the shifting sands in a vast system of caves underground.  As a bat, Crimsywhimsy lives in the caves at all times.  She considers herself a hostess, preparing fruit punch and warm beds for the animals who shelter in her section of the caves.  In exchange she has her tenants bring her big leaves from the daytime world.  She doesn't need them, she just likes them.
