nachos twin brother(not identical twins obviously) they grew up close somewhere no one knows where, cosmo has had a fascination with stars and constellations as well as horoscopes since he was a kid, he wishes to study the sky and the stars for some reason. Maybe due to the lack of seeing stars in the central district he wishes to see the stars more every night. His real name is Haneul though he much prefers to go by cosmo as he wants to be rid of any association to his father.
