☆ DESIGN RULES ☆

🦐 Do not claim one of my designs as your own. You must credit me as the original designer for any of my designs even if you redesign it.

🦐 Do not edit/alter my original art of a design for any reason.

🦐 You must have a toyhou.se account to own one of my designs. If you/the person obtaining my design needs a code I can provide one for you.

🦐 Do not delete any designs from toyhouse. If you would like to set one of my designs to private/hidden you must authorize me on the profile or send me an authorization key.

🦐 Do not create any duplicate accounts of any of my designs.

🦐 You may co-own one of my designs with someone else but I will not accept designer/creator credits for any secondary profiles to reduce any risk of scamming.

🦐 Do not resell a design for more than it's original value without additional commissioned or personal art added. Gift art and art trades do not effect design value.

🦐 If a design is obtained originally for anything other than USD/da points the base value is 0.

🦐 If adding the value of personal art to a design, please make sure to add only a reasonable amount. Price your personal art based on the amount your art regularly sells for. (If you usually sell a sketch for $5, do not try to add $30 to the designs value if you have only added a sketch)

🦐 If one of my designs was obtained in a trade for another design, the value of my design does not change. Even if the trade is for a more expensive design it does not change the original value of my design and my design cannot be resold for more based on this.

🦐 Follow all closed species TOS rules if one of my designs is part of a species. Species rules override my personal TOS if there is any conflicting terms.

🦐 I will not be responsible for settling any issues between 3rd parties involving scamming or overcharging for my designs. It is the new buyer's responsibility to make sure they are paying a reasonable amount for a design and to pursue action against the 3rd party if they believe they've been scammed.

🦐 Do not trade/resell one of my designs to anyone on my blacklist.
