ASPECTS

High Concept: Sickly Escaped Experiment

Aspect: Autoimmune Disorder. Cyphon is genetically unstable and as such her body is constantly at war with itself. Like any autoimmune disease it needs to be medicated, and if not medicated it will cause bodily harm and eventually death.

Aspect: Compulsive reverse engineering. Cyphon loves to tinker with things! Creating small robots, doing repairs. Anything problem solving, really. If she doesn’t know how something works she wants to figure it out

Aspect: Unguided self discovery. Cyphon wants to get out, see the world, live life not trapped in a lab. If something sounds interesting she finds it hard to ignore. If it involves her biology, she’s even more interested. She knows very little about her “parent” species and wants to learn more, regardless of circumstance

Aspect: Unstable Mutations. Cyphon is a genetic experiment. With her genes being so unstable sometimes something clicks and a new trait or power is gained temporarily. Sometimes this is beneficial, other times… Not so much. A good one could come at a bad moment and versa.

BACKSTORY

Phase 1: During early childhood was when Cyphon experienced her first real "genetic hiccup". Her unstable genes caused her horns to grow rapidly. Not used to these horns, she rammed head first into one of the facilities ventilation systems. Terrified of getting into trouble Cyphon tried her best to repair things. In her trying to repair this, she found herself fascinated with how it all worked. She wanted to learn more, so even after fixing it she kept going back

Phase 2: For better or worse, an unknown man with strange  eyes left a small pouch of tools just in reach of Cyphon, leaving her with a brief moment of unadulterated discovery with the help of Spirit to distract the scientists with a 'rouge roomba.' Eventually she was caught with the tools and they were taken away however, and policy about conduct around her got stricter

Phase 3: With stricter policy and eventually in the future the attack resulting in the lack of funding, Cyphon and her program were to be terminated due to the sheer cost of her well being. Spirit notified of this but also acknowledging Cyphons curiosity and clear intelligence as a being allowed her to convince herself to help Cyphon escape. The plan..its cold outside...real fucking cold. *opens doors*

STUNTS

All Terrain: Sometimes unstable genetics can play to your benefit. Cyphon can invoke a mutation to gain a +2 when difficult terrain or environmental factors come into play. When dealing with terrain aspects or environmental aspects it can also be invoked.

Clever Girl: Being a quick and curious learner also improves Cyphon’s memory. This skill can be invoked to give a +2 to Theoretical science, assuming Cyphon has a memory to recall.
