The book contained information that any person should know about the truth of the universe. She finally got the book in her hands betraying her army and government she escaped with it. Actually she’s being wanted  and there’s a high recompense if you catch her.

she created a vortex using the books power and made a hole hidden island for herself, and also created little homunculus that look like bunnies to accompany her (these bunnies see her as a mother and they call her mom)
