Liam has the ability to charge their claw by concentrating kinetic energy into it. Liam can then either deal devastating blows with their claw or releasing the kinetic energy in a wave by slashing their claw. Gathering the energy to charge up their claw also takes up his own energy, so if they're low on energy, they will not be able to charge up their claw.
