Emmet

A former rodeo clown. He's been suspected of some of the most recent murders in Westia. Do not approach him alone. He is armed and extremely dangerous. If you see him, please report him to the proper authorities.

Real Story: Framed, Emmet tries to flee Westia. He needs to get on a train to one of the major cities nearby to lay low and go from there hopefully. But that train only comes once a month. He missed his chance last time, but is he determined to get on it this time. Emmet has to hide out in the desert and only approaches Westia if he's in desperate need for supplies. And even then he's extremely careful so that he's not recognized.

(Fun fact, his design is based off a white milk snake :3c )
