Shi is possessed by a demon-like entity from an unknown religion that resembles Catholicism.

Shi has patches all over hir body which preform different curses. 

The eye patches mesmerize hir victims and the polka-dot patches stun her victims when touched.

Snuggle is very slow, so it relies on hir patches to stop hir victims until shi can eat them.

Although shi is slow, shi appears to emit a happy vibe. Shi seems to be kind of dumb and easily distracted.
