Note of Potential
When Bastille Ravencoat bardically inspires a creature, they get a bonus depending on what they use the die for.
๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐๐๐ค: When the creature rolls the Bardic Inspiration die to add it to an ability check, the creature can roll the Bardic Inspiration die again and choose which roll to use, as the mote pops and emits colorful, harmless bubbles for a moment.
๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐๐ค ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ: Immediately after the creature rolls the Bardic Inspiration die to add it to an attack roll against a target, the mote thunderously shatters. The target and each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against Bastille's spell save DC (17) or take thunder damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die.
๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ: Immediately after the creature rolls the Bardic Inspiration die and adds it to a saving throw, the mote vanishes with the sound of soft music, causing the creature to gain temporary hit points equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die plus Bastille's Charisma modifier (+6) .
Performance of Creation
With his double bass, saxophone, or clarinet, Bastille Ravencoat can channel his creation magic into a song to create one non magical item in an unoccupied space. It can be up to a large object and can cost up to be 20 times his bard level in gold pieces. These objects can range from rope to a rowboat.
Animating Performance
As an action, Bastille can animate any non magical object with a quick pluck of his double bass! Whether this animated object is a chair or stalactite, it quickly follows after Bastille in combat, following each and every one of his commands.
Story
Full of Love
The story of the first time his parents met is a story that Bastille always holds dear to his heart. A broken instrument from a traveling performer and a small town tinkerer in to help a barkeep with a leaky pipe. Hand on hand. White spot on white spot. Soulmates. Destined to meet. And destined to fall in love.
Their love created two sons-- Courtney and Bastille Ravencoat. The boys were born two years apart; both of them equally being the light their eyes and the warmth in their chests.
As the youngest Ravencoat brother, Bastille takes after his father-- a lovely singer and song writer. A joyous bard whose favorite lyrics are the ones for his wife. A lover. A writer. A romantic.
As a College of Creation Bard, his mother would be proud-- a clever mechanic with a keen, sparkling eye to detail. An artistic designer of all things music. Every instrument of the Ravencoats that were repared by her hands embody her passion and admiration for her husbands music. An artificer. A dedicated woman of passion.
Courtney Ravencoat, the eldest Ravencoat brother, takes after their mother in similar ways Bastille takes after their father. A keen eye to broken valves on trumpets and a keen ear to instruments in need of tuning. A skilled merchant who keeps to himself most of the time. An enjoyer of pondering and proposing difficult question, a curious character in need of knowing how things work.
After their parents' untimely death, the two Ravencoat brothers joined a merchant guild, who all were equally as interested in music as the two brothers. There, they created a found family just as important as their blood one.
To Be Divine
The smell of smoke and singed paper took weeks to disapear from Bastille's home. Most days, when it was nice out, he would leave the windows open to let the seabreeze waft into the mail room. Extra tea was brewed in the small kettle he has under his desk, even though he has a full kitchen on the second floor. Candles were burnt in hesitance, in fear of having smell of smoke fill the room once again. Even months later, after the smell of burning exited the home, Bastille knows that flames have forever made its mark on his house.
A gold thread leads Bastille Ravencoat down a life path that just... feels right to him. A warm feeling in his stomach and chest confirms his decision. Others follow this path. Some familiar, some unfamiliar. Most friends, others... well, in the unlikely event of an enemy, they'll probably be buried somewhere off the path.

Amij Bรดa is one of my party members under Dorian and Ambrose. They are a tavernkeep at the local bar, The Vitis Vinifera, in Fairmorn. Truly, a wonderful friend to be around. She is the first person I have confided in about my soulmate. She is extremely interested in knowing when I meet my soulmate, often asking me questions about who it may be. It is quite nice to have someone on the lookout for me. He has a great connection with an other godly figure, whom I have confided in about my white spot. Although the answer was what I expected-- a dead end-- I was in awe at their powers.
Ethos is one of my party members under Dorian and Ambrose. He has a musical talent with birds, something I have noted in the short time we have been friends, is that he whistles to himself while thinking. Very faintly. Hardly ever making much noise at all. But, to one trained with music, however, it is easily picked up. A quite intoxicating melody, as I often hum to match it. His birds are extremely helpful--they send messages, attack, and are quite nice company. He has so kindly offered to give me an owl as a companion, though I must consider it.
A fellow man of mail himself, Princeton Versi is one of my party members under Dorian and Ambrose. The two of us are... involved in a small prank war against Vivanne Mallum--who is now my best friend-- this little scuffle is something to be considered as time presses forward. Princeton is very eloquently spoken and serious when it comes down to things and people he is passionate about. He is quite fun to be around, he encourages me to relax and take it easy when we are working together. His company is pleasant and I appreciate all of his help stocking and delivering of packages.
The first time I met Ambrose Lethe was when he and his husband, Dorian, came to introduce themsleves one morning at my home. During our introduction, I opened a package from my older brother, which... exploded and out emerged a fire elemental. The three of us fought against it tremendously-- I was burnt and my stock room was minorly damaged but the three of us were safe. Ambrose plays the cello, an instrument similar to my double bass. It was truly an honor to play alongside him during our first meeting. Recently, Ambrose has helped my team and I with information on shifters plaguing out twon of Fairmorn. Without his help, we would be lost.
In the same story as my first meeting with Ambrose, Dorian was fighting beside me against the fire elemental. Truly, what a way to make a first impression. During our fight against Shifters in Fairmorn, I read and took notes of Dorian's journal who has extensive notes on dealing with these disgusting creatures. Dorian is quick and sharp, someone I can rely on and go to for information.
The first intricate letter I received from this faceless Brother in Arms sits nicely on my desk. I have countless scrapbooks and journals, all filled with letters, gifts, flowers from people I have met throughout my life, I just need to find a specific notebook for these letters. Pen Pals! Oh, I feel like a child again! I feel like I am back at home, sitting in the stool my father always sat on while composing his songs.
I first encountered Tobias after one of his friends, Diana, fell from a tree after my party figured out a musical puzzle. He caught me off guard at first, as I was not expecting to see a friendly... helmet in the middle of the woods. To my surprise, my faceless pen pal still did not have a face, rather a helm. It was quite captivating. After a small chat, Tobias gave me his second letter in person rather than by mail.
